It is recommended to perform a previous exploration using the Quality Requirements Matrix to assess the level of compliance with essential and significant guidelines.

How is the evaluation team structured and what experience do its members have?

The Executive Directorate forms the evaluation teams, seeking professionals best suited to the specific needs of each program. These professionals must have the highest academic qualifications and work with impartiality and objectivity.

What is the fee structure and what additional costs may arise during the process?

The fee structure and potential additional costs are as follows:

- A one-time fee of US$300.00 upon signing or joining the Agency's Founding Agreement.
- The program accreditation fee.
- If a program is offered at more than one location with independent academic management and/or a different curriculum structure, accreditation is separate for each location.
- If a program is offered at There are several locations, but academic management is centralized and the curriculum structure is the same, the accreditation process will be a single one, but the amount to be paid for each additional location will cost 25% of the accreditation services price.

What is the cost of the accreditation process for a program?

The cost of the accreditation process is not fixed, as it depends on various factors, mainly the number of programs to be evaluated and the scope of the process.

Costs are set out in the professional services contract and are expressed in US dollars, being specifically defined for each case.

What kind of support does ACAAI offer after accreditation to promote continuous improvement?

One of the specific objectives of ACAAI is to monitor the continuous improvement actions of accredited programs. To maintain certification during the accreditation period, the institution must submit annual reports on compliance with the Improvement Plan. These reports must detail the progress, the actions taken, the goals achieved, the sources of verification, the completion dates, the responsible parties, and the budget execution for overcoming the weaknesses detected in the self-assessment.
